After making an appointment with Anita, having this application complete as possible will help speed along the approval process for your new home. You will need a money order or a certified check in the amount of $55.00 made out to Northview Manor Manufactured Home Community. The application and supporting documents can be delivered in person to the community office which is located at Country Manor West another great community ABC Home Reality works with. The street address for this community is 45 Cypress Lane, Carlisle PA 17015
