Biography :

Building upon 6 years service in the US Air Force, and 30+ years as a certified Master Mason, Carpenter, and Senior Project Manager Hank is skilled in all phases of both residential and commercial construction. He has been with The Pines since it inception in 1985, taking on the job of Property Manager in 1999 when the first home was placed into the development. Acting as liaison between residents, buyers, sellers, vendors, and the park owners, Hank is the go-between for all involved in the process and his perspective remains constant: people come first.

Anita has twenty+ years experience in the manufactured home industry with 18 years at ABC Home Sales. She has been in the mortgage industry for over twenty five years and offers extensive expertise for our customers from choosing individualized décor to securing the best financing options. As one of the newest members to the ABC Home Sales Team, Karen’s six plus years of experience and diverse training in the manufactured home industry has equipped her with extensive knowledge in this growing field.  She has a heart to serve others and is at home working with clients, guiding them through the home buying experience.  Personally familiar with designing and building her own custom home, Karen brings this added benefit as she assists any buyer with ideas, decisions, and feedback as they move through the process of purchasing a home.  She is both excited and eager to share her expertise with all potential buyers.
