Thank you for choosing ABC Home Sales and Realty with your new home purchase. Although we wish all homes were delivered to us in perfect condition that is not always the case. No worries, your new home comes with a fantastic warranty. The manufactures of our homes provide a minimum of one year and a maximum of seven years. In addition the final assembly and foundation are also covered for a time.
Please take some time after closing to develop your 20 day list of items that might need attention. Please email us your list and we can determine the contractors or factory that need to help you out.
After the 20 day list is completed feel free to add additional items using this form or directly report them to our service team here: service@abchomesales.com.
Remember we don’t always know where your new home is from your name alone. We have 4 service techs that read and respond to emails based on regions. So please always remember to include the following information in every email.
- First and Last names
- Address of your home
- Best contact phone number
- Serial numbers to your home.
(This is found on the cover of your warranty book that you received at closing. The serial numbers are required to report warranty claims to our factory partners).

If you prefer to call the number is 610-898-3355. Please choose the option for service. If you get the answering service please leave a detailed message with your phone number and location. That message will be emailed directly to service in real time.
Remember if you have lost power , water or have a community issue, the service team doesn’t handle this and you will need to contact the community management.
If you have an emergency like no heat in the winter, or a water leak (shut the water off) please call and email us. If you include all the required information our service team will make every attempt to get to your home the same day.
